We are currently looking for an operations technician knowledgeable in residential properties for our client in Gothenburg. 
This is a consulting assignment starting in January and lasting for 3 months with the possibility of extension. 

About the assignment
You will primarily be responsible for the operation and maintenance of residential properties in a team with technicians. You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and care of the property's technical systems, ensuring that the systems function and are maintained in accordance with our guidelines and the expectations of the tenants. 

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the ongoing operation, care, maintenance, and repairs of the building
• Responsibility for operation and media control, control and regulation optimization
• Ongoing and planned/emergency repairs and maintenance
• Lead and coordinate repair work

• Experience as an operations technician in the property industry
• Experience working with residential and commercial properties
• Good knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, control & regulation, and operational optimization
• Good understanding of functions and interaction between property systems
• Driver's license (B)
