Koncepta works with telemarketing, but not in the usual way – we are different. We collaborate with well-known clients such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, Småföretagarnas Riksförbund, and Aktiv Skola, for whom we gather members and sponsorship. Our salespeople also call only businesses, with working hours on weekdays 08:00-16:30.

We set no limits on how much our salespeople can sell or earn, and therefore you can earn a very high salary through our commission levels if you are active and engaged. We also provide security through collective agreements and a base salary according to collective agreements. If you are a good salesperson with us, you also have the opportunity to leave earlier on certain days. All our employees have their own rooms, so they can focus on becoming the best salesperson they can be. We train and coach all our employees, which means you do not need prior sales experience, although it is of course a merit if you have it.

Requirements/ qualifications/ characteristics:

What you need is a high level of communication and expression skills and to speak very good Swedish since we use the phone as a working tool and call business owners throughout Sweden. We also place great importance on personal qualities such as determination, attentiveness, and the ability to handle different kinds of situations and conversations. Taking personal responsibility and initiative is important for the role, as well as good teamwork skills since we work individually with our own goals and customer contact, but also in teams.

Our sales team is one of the best with employees from various backgrounds and all ages, from 20 to 70 years old. We focus heavily on both sales and community, and we do many activities together.
