Your Role

As an employee in digital elderly care, you will be an important part of offering individualized solutions that enhance the customer's participation and quality of life. You will be placed within the Home Team. The Home Team consists of six assistant nurses who specialize in rehabilitation and mapping customers' needs.

Your Working Hours

You will work according to a schedule, where duties may occur every day of the week, including weekends and evenings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

In the role of assistant nurse within digital elderly care, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with professionals. Your team includes other assistant nurse colleagues, unit manager, coordinator, and welfare technology coordinator. Work takes place both in a digital environment and during physical meetings. Your mission includes:

• Performing care tasks supported by digital technology and adapting the services according to the customer's needs and wishes
• Introducing technology to customers in consultation with the welfare technology coordinator.
• Being involved in ensuring that technology is used safely, securely, and understandably
• Documenting according to current routines in digital systems
• Actively contributing to the development of digital working methods
• Assisting with staffing needs within traditional home care

QUALIFICATIONS

Digital Competence

It is crucial for the role that you have the ability to be curious about digitalization and that you are used to working with digital tools. You are confident in using digital systems and see technology as a support in care work. You have a good ability to introduce technology to others and handle simpler technical problems.

Requirements:

• Trained assistant nurse with at least 3-5 years of experience in care work
• You should be able to receive all types of delegation
• You should have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing
• You should have a B driver's license and be able to cycle in your duties

Experience from home care is an advantage.
