About Villa Vikhem

Villa Vikhem is a nursing home in the Vikhem area of Staffanstorp that has 40 special accommodation places and 20 short-term places.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg (https://www.vardaga.se/var-aldreomsorg/ung-omsorg-pa-vara-boenden/). This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents. • You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. • Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
