About the assignment

A family in Järfälla with one child (almost 2 years old) has been granted childcare for about 80 hours/month. The family wishes for a substitute on the following days:

Thursday 18/12 from 05:30-06:30

Friday 19/12 from 11:30-23:00

Saturday 20/12 from 11:30-23:00

Sunday 21/12 from 11:30-23:00

Wednesday 24/12 from 05:30-06:30

Thursday 25/12 from 05:30-16:30

Friday 26/12 from 05:30-16:30

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and to establish a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Extra pay for unsocial hours and holiday bonuses

Upon hiring as a babysitter with us, we require a background check.
