Hello!

At Städade Hem, we are currently looking for someone who is really good at most things related to cleaning or has the ambition to become so.

This position will involve more than just regular home cleaning, and no day will be the same as the other.

You need to envision a day where you quality check a cleaning and later in the day go and check a floor that has gotten a scratch. The next day you might need to cover a regular cleaning and then come to the office to pick up/drop off a vacuum cleaner for a colleague in the field.

This position will mean that you are the spider in the web, and you will have a very close dialogue with your colleagues who handle the schedule.

It is therefore important that you are proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Your working hours will be between 8 AM and 5 PM, but that said, there may be some days that are quieter and some days that are busier.

Our “main focus” for you reading this ad is that you can take responsibility and look over what needs to be done today.

At Städade Hem, we only work with regular home cleaning and deep cleaning for existing customers. We are a professional cleaning team with about 80 colleagues and primarily work in Nacka and Värmdö but also cover other districts in Stockholm.

Consider the travel time to work every day before you apply. Over an hour to the office at Nacka Forum usually doesn't hold in the long run.

You can get a car from us to use privately or only for work - you choose!

Working hours and schedule:

Our working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. If you cannot work these hours, we ask you not to apply for this job.

We would like you to:

Have previous experience in cleaning

Enjoy working with service

Be meticulous and punctual

Be able to work independently

Have a positive attitude and be helpful to both customers and colleagues

Have basic language skills in Swedish and English

Salary and benefits:

- Monthly salary, individual salary setting
