Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Crash Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, lead, and execute crash tests according to project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare test setups, define test parameters, and coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and provide clear recommendations for design improvements and safety performance.
• Ensure traceability and compliance throughout all testing activities, including reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with simulation, design, and safety engineering teams to align physical testing with virtual validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in testing methods, processes, and tools.

What you bring:

• Master of Science degree or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a test leader within crash testing.
• Strong understanding of crash test procedures, safety standards, and validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Meritorious experience in Swedish or German language skills, crash simulation, CAD tools, or project management.
