About the position

We are currently seeking a project manager in water and sewage for Bravida in Södertälje. In this role, you will work as one of three project managers with overall responsibility for primarily industrial projects, driving the work from planning and budgeting through delivery and follow-up. You play a central role in the projects and have the opportunity to influence the business, develop customer relationships, and lead the team forward.

As a project manager, you will have significant responsibility while being supported by strong support functions and high internal competence. The role offers you the opportunity to develop both technically and organizationally and to grow in line with the projects and the business. You will have a varied everyday life with complex projects where you have the space to influence working methods and contribute to Bravida's continued development.

This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process goes through us at Wrknest, but you will be employed directly by the client.

Your future tasks

As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on water and sewage projects from start to finish, focusing on quality, safety, and budget. Your tasks include, among others:

• Leading and being responsible for the project's economy, schedule, and quality
• Driving and developing long-term customer relationships
• Managing budgeting, purchasing, and resource planning
• Working with Bravida's digital project management tools
• Coaching and motivating your team to deliver optimal results
• Ensuring compliance with quality and work environment requirements

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience as a project manager in the construction or installation industry
• Experience in water and sewage
• Experience in driving projects with responsibility for project economy, purchasing, and resource planning
• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form

We consider it an advantage to have

• Experience in welding
