Lokalservice in Lund municipality is now looking for you who are meticulous and reliable with experience from the cleaning industry.

As a cleaner in the special unit, you will be one of four employees who together carry out cleaning assignments where daily cleaning is not sufficient. The tasks within the special unit include floor care, deep cleaning, high-rise cleaning, and window cleaning, as well as daily cleaning as needed. Some sanitation assignments are included.

You will become an important part of our team and contribute to creating clean, pleasant, and welcoming environments in the municipality's properties.

We are looking for you:

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in special assignments within cleaning such as floor care, deep cleaning, and window cleaning.

You should have at least a high school education and have completed quality training in areas such as INSTA 800, SRY/PRYL, or equivalent.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, and responsible. You take pride in your work and perform it with great care and quality. We expect you to have a high level of service, a good attitude, a good overview of your cleaning area, and the ability to suggest improvements to the customer. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues, but you are also comfortable working alone when required.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language to understand cleaning instructions and verbal as well as written information.

A B driver's license and lift certificate are required for the job.

If you have previous experience with graffiti removal, we consider it an advantage.

Working hours are usually scheduled on weekdays but can vary between 06:00-18:00.

About the workplace

Lokalservice performs cleaning in schools, nursing homes, offices, and commercial properties within the service administration in Lund municipality. The Local Service department, with about 100 employees, consists of three units, and this position belongs to Unit 1.

The unit, which consists of about 30 employees, mainly works with daily cleaning in the municipality's premises. Two employees are responsible for graffiti removal, which involves removing graffiti from the municipality's properties and public environments, as well as the special unit, which consists of four employees responsible for floor care, deep cleaning, window cleaning, etc. The unit has, in addition to the unit manager, also two area managers.
