Hyllie Health Center is a modern healthcare facility focused on quality, patient safety, and a positive work environment. We offer a high level of education with experienced specialists who are committed mentors. We already have three ST doctors with us, and we provide an excellent learning environment for doctors who wish to complete their ST with us.

About You

We are looking for a licensed physician who has completed their BT/AT and wants to start their ST training. You are flexible, engaged, and want to contribute to high quality and well-being for both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to work with patient safety in focus.

Expectations

• Make accurate diagnoses according to Region Skåne's guidelines

• Handle acute situations under time pressure

• Professional interaction with patients and colleagues

• Structured work with high patient safety

• Comfortable with digital tools

• Actively participate in quality and development work

• Responsible for documentation according to current guidelines

• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and internal training

• Follow routines for infection control and patient safety

• Contribute to a positive work environment and support colleagues' learning
