Team Leader for Our Partner

Do you have experience in production and want to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for a team leader for our partner – a role where you can combine practical work in the workshop with responsibility for planning, task distribution, and support for the team.

As a working team leader, you will be the spider in the web on the production floor. You will plan and distribute the daily work, prioritize tasks, and ensure that production runs smoothly. An important part of the role is to support and coach the staff to create a good working environment and lay the foundation for efficient and quality work.

This role also means that you will participate practically in production. You will work with various types of workshop tasks such as rolling, bending, and assembly of piping systems. This allows you to both lead and actively contribute to the daily work, creating close contact with your colleagues and a clear understanding of the processes.

Location: South of Stenungsund
Extent: Full-time, daytime
Employment form: This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by our partner.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership within production, workshop, or industry
• Practical experience in workshop work, preferably in steel (e.g., rolling, bending, assembly, or similar)
• Good technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Swedish spoken and written (English is a merit)
• Driving license B and a car

In this role, it is important that you can plan, distribute, and follow up on tasks as well as support the team in daily work.
