Human Talent is looking for Wheel Loader Operators & Forklift Operators for full-time positions in cargo handling – immediate start!

About the position

We are seeking wheel loader operators and forklift operators for a short-term full-time assignment of 1.5–2 months with an immediate start in cargo handling.

The working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday, and may vary slightly depending on workload.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle cargo with wheel loaders and forklifts in daily operations.
• Load and unload cargo and move materials on site.
• Place and sort cargo according to instructions and safety procedures.
• Ensure a safe and structured flow in terminal and cargo environments.
• Perform daily checks of vehicles and machinery.
• Contribute to order, safety, and efficiency in the workplace.

The work is scheduled for weekdays and working hours may vary depending on needs.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-driven, meticulous, and responsible.
• Good at collaborating and building relationships with colleagues.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a structured and safety-focused environment.
• Experienced in cargo handling, wheel loaders, forklifts, or similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Wheel loader certification (C2).
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
