On July 1, 2026, Boreal will take over the contract for Kiruna local traffic! Something we are really looking forward to, where all lines will be electrified with new modern buses.

We are now looking for full-time bus drivers and those who want to work extra. Do you have a bus license but lack YKB? For the right person, we offer all five YKB modules!

On January 12 from 15:00-20:00, January 13 from 9:00-17:00, and January 14 from 9:00-12:00, we will be at the Scandic hotel to meet candidates. Qualifications and Characteristics

The position requires a D driver's license; we can offer YKB for passenger transport for those who lack it.

As a bus driver, it is important that you convey a positive feeling about taking the bus and that you take a great personal responsibility. You will safely and comfortably transport our customers and assist them with any questions or concerns. You must have a positive attitude and be willing to treat each customer just as you would like to be treated.

Job Responsibilities
In the role of bus driver in Kiruna, you will drive scheduled traffic within the area as well as train transfers. In addition to driving, your tasks will include reporting faults and damages. The work is social and suits you who enjoy service and customer contact. There is also the opportunity to combine the bus driver position with working in the wash hall, where washing, cleaning, and minor repairs are part of the job.
