Adonia Omsorg is a company that has been operating since 2013, offering housing combined with treatment and social interventions on behalf of social services. Adonia's operations currently encompass several target groups: children, youth, and adults with varying support needs due to social and psychiatric difficulties, protection, and previous substance abuse.

Adonia Omsorg is now expanding its operations and launching two group homes and a daily activity center in Sollebrunn, just north of Alingsås. One of the residences is already up and running! Erskavägen group home accommodates users with autism, intellectual disabilities, or autism-like conditions. The facility consists of six apartments and is staffed around the clock. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Awake night shifts may also be relevant in the operation.

Staffing and competencies are tailored to each new placement. We focus on accepting complex assignments with very high quality, so the job requires that you have experience with outwardly aggressive behavior, self-harm, and preferably experience working with substance abuse issues.

As a newcomer with us, you will receive practical introduction, internal training, and supervision from leading expertise in LSS, which Adonia has recently acquired for the company.
