Traffic Manager at PostNord

We have three equally important business areas in the organization: letters, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a Traffic Manager for our freight unit within the logistics business area. You, us, and the job

As a Traffic Manager with us, you will be responsible for managing traffic and goods flows based on our customers' bookings on a daily basis in close collaboration with drivers and carriers. You will plan the operations, ensure resources, and work proactively to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Traffic Manager.

What you will do

• Plan and manage daily traffic based on customer needs and bookings.
• Ensure resources to deliver stable quality.
• Maintain ongoing contact with carriers and customers with a focus on results, environment, and quality.
• Support the Traffic Manager and colleagues in daily operations.
• Propose improvements in production for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in projects and implementation of new businesses.
• Approve purchases of ad hoc traffic on business grounds.

What you bring

• High school diploma.
• Experience in the transport industry, especially focusing on domestic transport.
• Experience in special transports is an advantage.
• Good administrative skills, system familiarity, and knowledge of the Office suite.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
