We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Logistics Operator to join our Logistics & Production department.

OHB Sweden is a leading Swedish provider of space systems. We develop, build, test, and operate satellites and subsystems for space missions in areas such as communication, Earth observation, and space research, serving both institutional and commercial customers in Europe and beyond. In this role, you will work both in an office environment and in warehouse facilities, handling logistics related to incoming and outgoing goods, supporting the production and managing our warehouse. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the logistics team as well as with other departments across the company, providing them with support.

Your Tasks:

• Act as the contact person in the logistics department on production level

• Handle incoming goods, including inspection, photographing, and registration

• Manage outgoing goods by packing, preparing shipping documents

• Load and unload goods using forklifts or cranes and take responsibility for our logistics equipment

• Support by issuing customs documentation, import/export handling, checking delivery notes, and managing proforma invoices

• Support booking transportation based on documentation (standard goods, special transports, direct couriers, etc.).

• Work on process improvements within the logistic environment

Your Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience working in a technical environment with logistics and goods handling,

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both writing and speaking, as both languages are used daily in the role,

• B-driver license,

• Forklift license.
