Do you want to set the standard for our guests' first impressions? As a Reception Team Leader, you play a key role in leading and inspiring the reception team while being the face of our guests. You work closely with your Destination Manager to create a welcoming and efficient environment where both colleagues and guests thrive and have the best experiences.

As a Reception Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations of the reception and shop. You are actively involved in operational tasks such as check-in and check-out, guest service, booking management, and product flow in the shop. You lead and coach seasonal employees and ensure that everyone follows our routines for effective and professional guest interactions. You collaborate with your Destination Manager and ensure that the team is well-informed about routines and expectations.

As a Reception Team Leader, you are also expected to be flexible and support other tasks at the destination where needed – we are a team that always helps each other!

We believe you have experience in reception work, are accustomed to using booking systems, and have good IT skills. You should have a background in tourism, retail, or service, but this is not a requirement.

To succeed in this role, you thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail. You prioritize the team's best interests, have a solution-oriented approach, and are a natural leader who can create engagement and cohesion within the group. You are communicative, positive, and enjoy being flexible and supporting where needed. Humor and the ability to create a good atmosphere are qualities we appreciate.

To communicate effectively with both Swedish and international guests, we prefer that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

Experience in leadership and possibly camping operations is a plus.

Conditions We are looking for a Reception Team Leader for the summer season. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) and includes working evenings and weekends, in accordance with collective agreements.
