Customer Service Representative for E-commerce Company in Home Appliances

Our client, a successful e-commerce company in home appliances, is now looking for a new team member for their customer service team in Sundbyberg. Here, you will work in an environment where customer service, sales, and team spirit are in focus – alongside colleagues who are passionate about providing customers with the best possible experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a challenger in the market that combines expertise in home appliances with a strong passion for customer service. They offer a carefully selected range of products and always strive to provide each customer with a smooth and personalized experience – aiming to be the best in both price and service.

As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of a small, close-knit team that works with both phone and email contact. You will assist customers with everything from product inquiries and order issues to complaints – and you will do so with a genuine sense of service. The role involves recommending products based on the customer's needs, always with honesty and the customer's best interests in mind. When the pace picks up, everyone helps each other. All colleagues have a strong team spirit and solve challenges together.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, curious, and takes initiative. If you also have an interest in e-commerce, this could be the right position for you. You will work in nice offices in Sundbyberg, where you are offered breakfast every day and can participate in enjoyable activities planned to strengthen community. The work is on-site, with working hours varying between 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00. This is a long-term assignment that begins with a consulting role with good opportunities for employment and further development within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

  • Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries about orders, products, and complaints
  • Recommend products based on the customer's needs
  • Handle simple administration related to customer matters
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and good cooperation within the team

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous experience in customer service
  • Has previous experience in sales or retail work
  • Has excellent language skills in Swedish and English
  • Has good computer skills

It is a merit if you have previous experience in sales of home appliances or consumer electronics.
