ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Operational Marketing Manager at Nimbus Group, you will have a practical role in marketing, working in line with the company's guidelines. You will be involved in rolling out the brand and campaigns in an engaging way. The role includes creating content for social media, photographing, filming, and editing simpler materials. Furthermore, you will support events and fairs and contribute practically on-site.

You are responsible for ensuring that activities are carried out correctly and professionally, with support and clear guidelines from the organization. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more tasks, such as advertising, traffic follow-up, and contact with resellers. The role suits you who enjoy working operationally, have a sense for digital media, and want to be hands-on in your daily work while developing and growing in your tasks over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create marketing materials that follow the brand strategy
• Conduct digital marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, and lead generation
• Follow up and analyze campaign results and adjust activities for optimal effect
• Explore and implement new marketing technologies, such as AI-driven tools
• Manage the marketing communications budget and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers
• Ensure that resellers' exposure of Nimbus brands aligns with the company's marketing strategy and desired tone
• Report marketing results and activities to the management team

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant education in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
• Has at least two years of experience in operational marketing in a similar role
• Has experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels
• Has good knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and methods in marketing communication
• Has a genuine interest in boating
• Has excellent skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
