Candles Scandinavia, with customers like H&M, Åhléns, Lyko, Rituals, and more, is today a leading European supplier of scented candles produced with 100% plant-based, biodegradable wax, based on Swedish rapeseed. The company offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to the otherwise paraffin-dominated candle market where the raw material is derived from fossil fuels. The company's strength lies primarily in a cost-effective method for large-scale production of customized scented candles, made entirely from natural and eco-friendly wax. Candles Scandinavia operates in fresh and purpose-built premises centrally located in Örebro and currently has about 50 employees with a turnover of approximately 200 million SEK. Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring the various machines in our production
• Performing visual and recurring quality checks of products during production
• Managing and adjusting settings on the machines to achieve desired properties
• Documenting outcomes in production, causes of errors, and interruptions in the various systems
• Reporting technical deviations to the maintenance team or production management
• Keeping the workplace and the area around the machines clean and tidy

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in manufacturing or similar roles within industrial production, especially fully automated manufacturing and/or robotic manufacturing
• Is comfortable working with machines in production – especially packaging and filling machines
• Has basic technical competence and understanding of technical instructions
• Speaks very good Swedish and English
• Has completed technical education at high school or higher level.
• Has worked for a couple of years with machines in the manufacturing industry

Personal Qualities

You are meticulous, willing to learn, and follow established routines. You can work independently as well as in a team. You communicate well with others and are good at solving problems. Even though you see the big picture, you do not miss the details.
