Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define and design the architecture for a segment of applications and services within the aftermarket operations at VCE
• Ensure maximum value from IT investments by aligning architectural decisions with strategic direction and established standards
• Collaborate closely with product development teams and the Enterprise Architect to guide solution direction and governance
• Lead architectural work across integration architecture, software architecture and advanced analytics/AI architecture
• Contribute to planning, developing, deploying and maintaining business-driven solutions across the aftermarket domain
• Take functional leadership roles within architecture, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams
• Ensure all solutions adhere to principles, guidelines and architectural frameworks
• Communicate architectural decisions clearly and effectively to both technical and business stakeholders

What you bring:

• Broad and deep experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments
• Strong ability to work holistically across application, integration, data and analytics/AI architecture
• Proven experience driving architectural strategy and execution in business-critical domains
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams
• Experience defining roadmaps, leading architectural initiatives and ensuring long-term architectural coherence
• Ability to take ownership of a segment or sub-domain and act as the architectural lead
• Familiarity with architectural principles, governance models and enterprise-level frameworks
• Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed technical understanding and hands-on architectural work
