Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We work based on a clear and stated value foundation, and our main drive is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and employees are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's head office is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now looking for a personal assistant for a customer living in Upplands Väsby.

"I am a 59-year-old man living in Bredden, Upplands Väsby. I would describe myself as a social person with many interests, but my biggest interest is motorsport. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, either at home or at a nice restaurant now and then. Since a motorcycle accident, I am now wheelchair-bound and in need of personal assistance.

The assistants who work with me are a cheerful and close-knit group who enjoy being together but now need to expand. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to work part-time but is flexible and can step in as needed. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

As a personal assistant, your tasks will include assisting with meal situations, personal hygiene, transfers, and regular household chores.

It is a plus if you have a driver's license.

About the Employment

The employment form is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays, and weekends.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
