HSB MälarDalarna is a regional HSB association with over 37,000 members and 378 housing cooperatives. We build and manage housing and offer technical and economic management to associations, municipalities, property companies, and public actors. With offices in Borlänge, Västerås, Örebro, and twelve local offices, we are close to our customers throughout Dalarna, Mälardalen, and Örebro County.

Our subsidiary HSB Förvaltning i MälarDalarna AB is looking for property caretakers for the summer season 2026, located in Örebro.

We are looking for employees for two different periods:

- 6 months, April 1 – September 30

- 10 weeks, June 8 - August 14, start and end dates can be adjusted.

Job Responsibilities

You will primarily work with external property maintenance such as lawn mowing, weed removal, and hedge trimming. The job also includes rounds in our properties.

Personal Qualities

The work involves close interaction with customers and being HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment are therefore important. You should have good physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors. It is important that you can work both independently and in a team.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and basic computer skills as reporting is done in digital tools (UR-plan).

We are looking for someone knowledgeable in gardening and experienced in using motorized hand tools and preferably ride-on lawn mowers.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Meritorious

• Experience in property and garden maintenance.
• Training in green space management.
