Your role

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire project chain, from planning and design to budget, contracts, implementation, and handover in accordance with set goals. You will lead a project team of specialists, consultants, and contractors and collaborate closely with internal and external parties. You will be part of our project department, which consists of project managers, construction managers, and project coordinators.

What you bring with you

To thrive in the role of project manager, we see that you are a communicative and responsible person who builds trust and enjoys an environment with many points of contact. You are analytical and have the ability to see the big picture while identifying important details. When challenges arise, you are solution-oriented and find ways forward. You have a natural ability to create good relationships and collaborate effectively with others.

We expect you to have:

• Approved high school diploma
• Engineering education or experience in the fields of construction, HVAC, or automation.
• Driver's license (B) as it is a requirement for all LKAB positions

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Work experience as a project manager or other leadership positions
• We would like you to be able to speak and write in Swedish. If you do not have full knowledge today, it is important that you have the ambition to learn. During a transition period, English will serve as the working language, and we support you in developing your Swedish skills.
