Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service modules
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient system solutions
• Lead architectural discussions with stakeholders and guide teams in adopting best practices
• Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal or external systems
• Review requirements, define solution roadmaps, and create technical documentation
• Support implementation teams during delivery and safeguard architectural integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Contribute to long-term platform strategy, continuous improvement, and system optimization

What you bring:

• Strong experience as a Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Expertise in Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service modules
• Proven ability to design, document, and communicate complex solution architectures
• Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and CRM process design
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions
• Experience from the real estate industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
