About the role

As a logistics manager, you are the hub of our logistics operations. You drive and coordinate the flow of goods, materials, and transportation – focusing on structure, quality, and delivery precision. The role is both operational and development-focused, which means no day is the same.

Examples of tasks
  • Ensure efficient flows for incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Daily handling of transportation and freight documentation, including customs documents where required.

  • Responsible for inventory levels and inventory processes.

  • Place purchase orders for stock items and packaging materials.

  • Coordinate delivery planning and collaborate with purchasing and production.

  • Follow up and report KPIs related to deliveries, production, and inventory.

  • Drive improvement projects that optimize our logistics processes.

You will have a central role where you see the entire flow – from material purchasing to completed customer orders.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport planning, or similar. Most importantly, you:

  • Have a good understanding of logistics flows, delivery terms, and transportation.

  • Are meticulous, structured, and enjoy creating order and clear processes.

  • Thrive in a role with many contact points and appreciate collaborating with others.

  • Have an analytical and solution-oriented approach and enjoy improving and streamlining.

  • Are comfortable with digital tools and used to working in business systems.

  • Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have a technical interest or experience from a technical organization – but the most important thing is your curiosity and willingness to develop.

The position is full-time and based at our headquarters in Norsborg.
