Do you want to take responsibility in the store's daily operations and work closely with fresh produce, grocery, and FoG?

We are now looking for a driven and structured employee for a 6-month assignment at an ICA Supermarket store in Falun.

In this role, you will have a broad responsibility and work in the store's central flows. You will primarily support fresh produce, FoG, and grocery, ensuring that the departments maintain order, quality, and good product presentation.

You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy taking responsibility for both operations, planning, and daily routines. The role also involves working in the store's systems – therefore, system understanding is particularly important.

• Scope: 38.25 hours/week

• Schedule: approx. 06:30–15/16 depending on breaks

• Weekend work: Every other weekend

• Assignment duration: 6 months (no possibility for extension)

• Has experience in retail – preferably within fresh produce, FoG, and/or grocery

• Has good system familiarity, especially in Min Butik and AoB

• Is structured, responsible, and enjoys a role with a lot of autonomy

• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and likes clear routines

• Has a knack for collaboration and contributes to a stable team

Experience is an advantage but not a requirement – the important thing is that you have the right attitude, understanding of systems and the logic of the store, and the willingness to learn more.

• Start: By agreement

• Assignment length: 6 months

• Location: ICA Supermarket, Falun Salary according to collective agreement, Responsibility supplement of 15 SEK/hour.
