ElTel Networks is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Employee

ElTel Networks is now seeking a dedicated and responsible warehouse and logistics employee to join its team in Uppsala. This position is suitable for those who thrive in a practical role, appreciate order and organization, and want to be an important part of a larger technical team.

About the Position

You will be responsible for a smaller warehouse where tasks vary from day to day. You will be working alone in the warehouse but in close collaboration with a team of 27 people, many of whom are technicians in the field. Personality and the right drive are more important than extensive experience – but you need to have prior experience in warehousing and logistics.

Location: Uppsala
Scope: Part-time (07:30–11:30 Mon-Fri), with the possibility of full-time in the future
Start: Immediately
Background check required
Proof of other main employment of at least 50% required

Your Main Responsibilities

Receiving small packages and larger pallets
Registering incoming materials in the system
Booking shipments and handling simpler warehouse administration
Handling materials such as cable drums, pallets, packages, etc.
Possibly picking up materials by car if needed
Being the “spider in the web” and supporting technicians with what they need
Eventually, responsibility for instruments and vehicles may be added
Possible light customer contact in the future (e.g., contact with car workshops)

You will receive a thorough introduction and support to get into the role.

Who Are You?

Have experience in warehousing/logistics or picking & packing
Have a forklift license (counterbalance forklift available on-site)
Are responsible, curious, and have a positive drive
Are used to working independently
Have a B driver's license
Thrive in a role where you are a central function in the daily flow
