About the role

We are looking for an experienced and engaged system administrator who wants to help develop and manage our payroll system HR+8. The role is central to ensuring that our payroll processes function efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.

You will be part of a team consisting of two payroll specialists and two payroll administrators. We work closely with our HR Support and staffing team, which gives you a broad contact area and close collaboration with colleagues working on different parts of the HR and payroll process.

We work with several different collective agreements, including Retail Staff, Supermarket, Food, and Hotel and Restaurant. We deliver approximately 5,500 pay slips per month. 

You report to the Payroll Manager.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the payroll system HR+8.
  • Ensure that the system is updated with current regulations and collective agreements.
  • Troubleshooting and support for Payroll and HR Support.
  • Participate in and drive improvement projects within the payroll area.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and external suppliers to optimize system solutions.
  • Document routines and processes related to HR+8.

  • Experience in system administration in HR+8/senior payroll specialist with broad system knowledge in HR+8.
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and collective agreements.

  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
