We are looking for a Sub-project Manager for general road, project Långsele operation site, reconstruction to Trafikverket.

This is a consultancy assignment. The stationing location is Umeå.

The position encompasses 20–40% of working hours, with the possibility of variation during the assignment.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and follow up the design work for the contract in project Långsele, operation site reconstruction, on behalf of the client in accordance with governing documents. You will collaborate with the project organization, Trafikverket's specialists, and external consultants to ensure that the project is carried out according to time, cost, quality, safety, work environment, and environment.

Responsibilities

Distribute, coordinate, and follow up the design work of the upcoming contract for project Långsele, operation site reconstruction, in accordance with governing documents.

Lead collaboration between the designing consultant and Trafikverket's specialists together with the project organization and central support resources to ensure implementation and follow-up of time, cost, content, quality, safety, work environment, and environment.

Ensure that necessary operational meetings in the form of design and technical meetings are held.

Assist in writing AF and EK for the upcoming contract.

Answer any questions from bidders during the bidding period.

If necessary, collaborate with the project contact for the Bräcke-Vännäs line upgrade.

Transfer knowledge to employees at Trafikverket.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Ability to express oneself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. Experience from working in project groups where coordination has been important. B driver's license. At least 3 years of work experience as a project manager in the relevant technical area. The work experience should not be older than 10 years. Knowledge of laws and regulations as well as standards and directives in the relevant area. Completed BASÄSKYDD. Requirement of 5 years of work experience as a project manager from comparable assignments with the current assignment (Land, drainage, and BEST). The assignments must not be older than 10 years.
