Are you a skilled CNC operator who enjoys varied tasks, small series, and taking responsibility for programming, settings, and quality in production? We offer an independent and developing job where you will be involved in the entire process, from programming to finished detail, together with an engaged team.

Your Responsibilities:

• As a CNC operator with programming experience, you will:
• Program, set up, and operate CNC-controlled machines (primarily Mazatrol).
• Develop, adapt, and optimize programs for small series and special details.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and ensure that tolerances and quality requirements are met.
• Handle rigging, tool changes, and problem-solving in case of deviations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on improvements, transitions, and technical issues.
• Contribute to a safe, well-organized, and pleasant work environment.

Your Profile

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience programming and operating CNC machines.
• Good knowledge of Mazatrol, preferably also Heidenhain.
• Good understanding of drawings, measurement techniques, and production documentation.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the entire process.
• Swedish in spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Experience in both turning and milling.
• Familiar with solving production technical challenges.
• High sense of quality, structure, and precision.
• Flexible and easy to collaborate with.
