We are looking for someone who seeks a challenging role in industrial production and has expertise in CNC and programming. We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous person interested in the production of smaller series. You have experience in independently programming and operating CNC machines with Mazatrol control systems. Responsibilities and Duties as a CNC Operator with Programming Skills

· Program, set up, and operate CNC-controlled machines for manufacturing components.

· Develop and optimize CNC programs for efficient and high-quality production, preferably with experience in Mazatrol.

· Perform checks and adjustments of machines and ensure that the work meets tolerance and quality requirements.

· An important part of the role is that you will be the most knowledgeable person whom colleagues will ask for advice regarding program changes, troubleshooting, and production optimization.

· Contribute to a safe and clean work environment and work according to the company's safety procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications for the CNC Operator Position with Programming Skills

· Experience in programming and operating CNC machines in turning and milling.

· Good knowledge of Mazatrol control systems.

· Understanding of reading technical drawings, work instructions, and quality controls.

· Ability to work independently and take responsibility for various production tasks.

· Good teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
