About the company
OEM Automatic AB sells components for industrial automation. We represent around 100 manufacturers and act as their sales company in the Swedish market. Our headquarters is located in Tranås with sales offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. Your responsibilities
As a sustainability coordinator at OEM Automatic, you will play an important role in strengthening and developing our sustainability work, both in our own companies and together with suppliers. You will be employed by OEM Automatic but will also support OEM Motor, Batteripoolen, and Telfa. The role is broad, developmental, and involves many contact points where you collaborate closely with both our business areas and marketing. You will work both strategically and operationally and have significant responsibility to drive issues, follow up key figures, and contribute to improvements. The position is based at the office in Tranås, and you will report directly to the quality and sustainability manager.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
• Drive sustainability and quality work – Lead actions and projects that help the companies achieve their sustainability goals and develop methods and routines in the area.
• Compile and ensure the quality of sustainability data – Work with tracking CO emissions and other sustainability data and report these internally and externally.
• Create and ensure sustainability information – Develop and ensure the quality of sustainability information by analyzing product data, reviewing suppliers, and creating clear documentation for internal and external communication.
• Support quality and environmental work – Participate in internal audits, ISO-related improvement work, and management of environmental aspects.
Your profile We are looking for someone who can communicate complex issues in a pedagogical way and who is driven by seeing how your data, your analyses, and your engagement are used to create actual improvements in the workplace. You enjoy engaging others and are used to working in a structured and analytical manner. Experience in quality or sustainability work is an advantage but not a requirement; we place greater emphasis on your curiosity, your willingness to learn, and your ability to find solutions. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and quick-witted when conditions change.
We believe you have:
- A genuine interest in sustainability issues
- Drive and commitment to influence and make things happen
- A humble and positive attitude that builds good relationships
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
