JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an environmental inspector, you will work broadly to plan and conduct inspections, make decisions, manage applications, notifications, and follow up on deviations, actions, and decisions. Information and advice are also included to create conditions for the purpose of legislation to be met. Other tasks within the Environmental Code area may also occur.

The work involves freedom under responsibility, and decision-making primarily occurs by delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You may have a university degree in a relevant field, but it could also be that you are simply the right person for the job and that expertise may need to be supplemented a bit.
