We are now looking for dedicated employees who want to work with us during the period March to September with a workload of 75 percent.

What does the role entail?As a Terminal Host, you are the face of the airport and an invaluable resource for our travelers. Your tasks include:

• Helping travelers find their way in the terminal and answering their questions.
• Assisting at check-in machines and being helpful with our ground transport.
• Queue management, where you ensure smooth passenger flows and organize queues.
• Communicating clearly and confidently with travelers to ensure they receive the information they need.
• Having daily contact and close collaboration with others within Swedavia as well as our external partners.
• You will work at the border control and collaborate with the border police where you need to organize and structure flows in tight and stressful environments.

Who are you?To succeed in the role, you need to have a natural authority and be able to act decisively in challenging situations. You are the one who stands firm when the wind blows and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, even when the pace is high. You enjoy meeting different people and new situations, and even when the unexpected happens, you remain calm and like to work in a social environment. With us, you make a difference by creating safety and conveying important information to our travelers.

We want you to:

• Have a completed upper secondary education or work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently and have very good knowledge of English. It is a merit if you understand more languages than Swedish and English, so that you can communicate with travelers from different backgrounds.

If you have experience in service professions, it is a merit, especially if you have met people in different situations.

The position involves shift work, so your working hours vary and include weekends, early mornings, and late evenings. Since public transport is not always available during these times, you need to have the ability to get to and from work on your own.

The work takes place both inside and outside the security checks, and a security screening will be conducted upon employment.
