As a construction project manager with us, you drive construction projects from idea to finished reality. You lead the work, keep everything together, and ensure that everything follows the right requirements, pace, and direction. Main Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and follow up on construction projects with a focus on quality, economy, and environment.
• Ensure that the project meets regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, tenants, contractors, and authorities.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and processes.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in construction project management who takes responsibility and independently drives projects forward with confidence. You are communicative, action-oriented, analytical, and see creative solutions where others see problems.

You have post-secondary education in construction technology or equivalent, or experience that the employer deems comparable. If you have certifications such as IPMA and PMI or other relevant project management qualifications, that is a plus, as well as training in BAS-P and experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
