The role of a paving worker

As an employee at NCC Asphalt North, you will work out in the field together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform paving work. The work area is in Hudiksvall and surrounding areas.

Your profile

We believe that you have a basic education at the upper secondary level, preferably in technology or construction and civil engineering. If you have experience in paving, that is a big plus. But above all, we value your personal qualities highly. We are looking for someone who loves challenges and enjoys being out in the field, both among our customers and colleagues. Your ability to collaborate, organizational skills, quality mindset, and drive are qualities that we place great importance on.

A B driver's license is a requirement for this position, and a BE license is desirable.
