About the role – close to people and close to the business

In this role, you will work practically with payroll from start to finish together with a payroll colleague, and you will also be the system administrator for our HR and payroll system HR+8, as well as for the time reporting system Medvind.

Our HR department needs support with its system administration, and you will be their help based on your expertise. We are on a digitalization journey together with HR where you will have the opportunity to influence the outcome. You will work closely with HR and finance, becoming a person that managers and colleagues naturally turn to when something needs to be clarified or further developed within our HR systems.

With us, you will among other things:

• Take care of and develop our payroll system HR+8.
• Administer payrolls where you know that every detail matters to someone.
• Have a close dialogue with our system suppliers, primarily Visma and CGI.
• Be a support for managers in both small and large matters.
• Participate in projects that make our everyday life smoother and more digital at Stora Sköndal.

We think that you:

• Have experience working as a system administrator for payroll systems.
• Have experience working with payroll runs from start to finish.
• Have a post-secondary education in payroll.
• Enjoy solving problems and like when people turn to you.
• Can work independently but also appreciate being part of a team.
• Have a warm, unpretentious, and engaged manner.

Meritorious:

• If you have studied system administration at a post-secondary level.
• If you have experience from payroll work within healthcare.
