Within the Business Unit Tech (formerly H2M), approximately 230 employees work with technical property management and administration. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

We are now looking for an operations manager for a sub-area in our assignment for SJ commuter trains. The assignment includes the operation of commuter train stations and depots in Stockholm.

The position involves, among other things:

• Leading a team of 5-8 people
• Providing technical support to employees
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to CBRE's routines
• Ensuring delivery to the client according to the agreement
• Proposing improvements, energy-saving measures, etc.
• Executing and leading smaller assignments/projects

Competence and experience:

• Trained property engineer or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.
• Good knowledge and genuine interest in properties and people
• At least 5 years of experience in technical property management
• Good administrative and financial skills
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role

Personal qualities:

As an operations manager, you have a good ability to create engagement, build trust, communicate, and create good collaborations with staff, clients, and subcontractors. Since we are a small group, it is important that you have your own drive and are motivated by planning your work and that you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others in your team.
