Job Responsibilities
We are seeking postdoctoral researchers for the Secure Systems Group (SSG) within EECS/SCS.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong background and interest in systems security and privacy. The selected candidates will be matched to one of our ongoing project areas. Our goal is to create an environment where the successful candidate can mature into an independent academic after the two-year postdoctoral period. In addition to leading their own research projects, the successful candidate will also gain experience in student supervision and mentorship, working closely with Prof. N. Asokan and Prof. Panos Papadimitratos.
The SSG group designs and builds trustworthy systems. Our research agenda covers a range of security and privacy issues from both offensive and defensive perspectives. SSG is coming to KTH with Professor Asokan, who will start at KTH as a Wallenberg guest professor in 2026 and has led several projects in Europe and Canada, with significant collaborations in industry and academia. Our activities are summarized here: SSG Research (https://ssg-research.github.io/).
