About the position

As a Technical Trainer with us, you will combine your technical expertise with a pedagogical role where you make a real difference for workshops and technicians – while becoming part of an international and engaged team.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Conducting technical training primarily for truck mechanics but also for passenger car mechanics.
  • Working from our headquarters in northern Stockholm, but also traveling to customers and partners throughout Scandinavia.
  • Conducting both physical and digital training.
  • Contributing to the implementation of Bosch All Trucks in the Nordic region.
  • Using and developing training materials in close collaboration with colleagues worldwide.

The role is based at our Swedish headquarters in Stockholm, but approximately 50 - 70 annual trips to workshops and training centers in both Sweden and Scandinavia are expected. You will report locally to the Country Sales Manager and functionally to the Technical Service Manager.

Your profile

To match and thrive in the role of Technical Trainer, we believe that you:

  • Have a strong technical background in heavy vehicles and preferably also experience with passenger cars.
  • Are comfortable speaking in front of groups and explaining technical subjects in a pedagogical manner.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (and preferably understand Norwegian/Danish).
  • Have experience with diagnostic and testing equipment as well as good computer skills.
  • Are independent, structured, and motivated by achieving results.

If you also have a passion for the automotive industry and a curiosity about technical development, we believe you will thrive excellently with us.

We offer

At Bosch, you get not just a job – you become part of a world-leading company with high ambitions and a strong culture of collaboration and development. You will receive:

  • A key role in a growing Nordic team with high technical competence.
  • The opportunity to work and develop in an international environment and build networks worldwide.
  • Comprehensive introduction and ongoing skills development.
  • Attractive employment conditions including bonuses, pensions, and benefits such as training opportunities, massage, and lunch benefits.

In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Starfinder. If you have questions about the position, please feel free to contact Susanna Haglund at 076–221 67 07 or Marcus Sölvin at 070–074 59 18.
