Åre Byservice is a local company that has been operating in Åre since 1987. We manage both large and small properties for associations, commercial property owners, and private individuals. Our services include property management, landscaping, and cleaning services.

Through personal commitment, experience, and high service, we increase the value of our clients' properties.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are now looking for additional property caretakers for our property management department.

We prefer that you have worked in property management for a couple of years or have gained similar experience in another way, and now seek a new challenge in a growing and exciting company that works hard to become the best employer in Åre.

ABOUT YOU:

Experience with fire alarms, locking and security systems, operational alarms, heating, ventilation, HVAC technology, and maintenance planning of properties is an advantage.

Any lack of experience can be compensated by curiosity and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.

You are proactive and have the ability to take initiative and solve problems.

You are a team player who understands the importance of a functioning team working towards the same goals.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability during recruitment.

Good language skills in Swedish are a prerequisite.

The position involves a lot of contact with customers, guests, and subcontractors, which means that great importance is placed on social competence, i.e., the ability to have a pleasant and professional demeanor towards everyone you meet.

TERMS:

Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the advertising end date.

The position includes scheduled on-call duty.
