Caverion has a collaboration agreement with the global, innovation-driven pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for the operation and maintenance of properties in Södertälje. AstraZeneca's facilities in Södertälje are unique and stand out due to the use of advanced technology and systems.

We are now looking for a property caretaker for our assignment at AstraZeneca in Gärtuna, where we work with installations and maintenance of property technical equipment. The group has extensive experience and broad expertise in several technical disciplines. We are a tight-knit and friendly team that is now expanding the group with caretakers where you will work broadly with all types of tasks.

As a property caretaker, you will be an important part of a team that ensures that the properties are operated safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Your Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of the properties' internal and external parts
• Handle fault reports and conduct troubleshooting on e.g., doors, gates
• Minor renovations, repairs, and installations
• Collaborate with and guide external subcontractors
• Daily customer contact.
• Quality and environmentally secure working methods
• Administration including time reporting and feedback on completed work

Your Background

• High school education, preferably in Construction and Civil Engineering or other relevant technical education.
• Several years of experience in property maintenance in more technically complex environments (e.g., commercial properties, hospitals, industrial properties) as a property caretaker, property technician, or carpenter
• Experience working in industry is highly meritorious.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
