Do you have experience in technical service work and leadership – and want to lead a team in the future of energy solutions?
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Service Manager who wants to be responsible for and develop the service unit with technicians working on battery solutions, solar systems, and inverters.

As a Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing the service organization. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure that installations, service cases, and troubleshooting are carried out with high quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personnel responsibility for service and field technicians
• Planning and coordinating daily tasks and resource allocation
• Operational support with technical questions and problem-solving
• Customer contact regarding cases, follow-ups, and warranty issues

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has both technical competence and a secure leadership style. You motivate, coach, and create clarity for your technicians – while also having an understanding of complex energy systems.

We believe you have:

• Experience in working with batteries, solar panels, inverters, or related technology areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach
• Good communication skills and experience with customer contact
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: technical education in electrical engineering, energy, or similar (e.g., electrical certification)
