PN's collaboration with Enwell provides you with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a refrigeration technician. After 12 introductory weeks that include onboarding and mentoring, you will start your assignment with Enwell in Stockholm, in an industry where the demand for skills is only growing.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introductory period, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of refrigeration technician. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Enwell for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to then transition to Enwell, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical elements to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop in areas such as electrical knowledge, reading blueprints, control systems, and components of the refrigeration process.

We offer the opportunity for study support throughout the entire introductory period.

Information about the position

As a refrigeration technician at Enwell, you ensure that their customers' energy systems function as they should. You work with service, troubleshooting, and maintenance, often in residential settings. This may involve replacing components in a heat pump, pressure testing boreholes, or addressing leaks, but above all, it is about finding solutions that make the customer's facility operate optimally.

The work is varied and combines practical craftsmanship with technical problem-solving. You plan and work independently at the customer's site, but you always have colleagues nearby when needed. The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, meeting people, and finding solutions on-site.

You will work from home or the office, depending on the assignment, and travel is required for the position. As a refrigeration technician at Enwell, you will have a free and developing profession – and you will also gain knowledge in energy and technology that you can benefit from both at work and in your personal life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in making a career change to refrigeration technician
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has a high school diploma
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish
• Has passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Has passed a background check

You have a confident attitude and a strong belief in your own abilities, but you are also humble and curious about developing. You take initiative, take responsibility for your work, and have a natural drive – you enjoy having pace, solving problems, and seeing results from what you do!

Since you often meet customers in the field, it is important that you are social, communicative, and service-oriented. You enjoy building relationships and creating trust through your way of working. At the same time, you are flexible and can easily adapt when plans change or new challenges arise. The role requires you to collaborate well with others, but also to feel confident in working independently and planning your own days.
