Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop additive manufacturing concepts for fabricated engine components, ensuring alignment with customer technical requirements and the evolving capabilities of the DED-w process.
  • Interpret and translate product specifications into clear engineering activities, including definition, analysis, verification, and material engineering tasks.
  • Break down overall project plans into structured milestones and deliverables, ensuring efficient coordination across design, analysis, and verification streams.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving progress and ensuring delivery according to plan while providing regular technical and project status updates.
  • Engage with stakeholders—including technology development teams, manufacturing engineers, machine suppliers, and customer technical representatives—to ensure alignment on targets and technical plans.
  • Support project management by identifying resource needs, conducting technical reviews, and contributing to strategic decision-making throughout the development lifecycle.

What you bring:

  • Engineering degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in the aerospace industry with proven experience in managing and documenting technical data and requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Citizenship in a NATO country.
  • Experience in additive manufacturing, technology or product development, design engineering, strength calculations, or materials engineering is an advantage.
  • Training or experience in leadership or project management is a strong merit.
  • A driven, curious, and structured approach with strong accountability, creativity, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to colleagues and customers.
