Are you passionate about drinks and service and want to lead an energetic team in an iconic environment?

Hard Rock Cafe's new restaurant on Vasagatan is looking for a driven Bar Manager who, with energy and leadership, creates a first-class bar experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities

Lead and coach the bar team with a focus on service and quality
Plan schedules
Ensure that the bar always maintains high standards and delivers a memorable guest experience
Be responsible for purchases for the bar
Actively participate in operations

We are looking for someone who

Has experience as a bar manager (at least 1 year preferred)
Is structured
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate a team
Speaks Swedish or English
