About the role:  As a machine operator, you will become an important part of an engaged team where you will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and fine-tuning machines in production, while also working on continuous improvements and ensuring that the product meets the highest possible quality standards.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a technical interest and preferably previous experience in industry or production

- Enjoys taking responsibility and finding solutions when challenges arise

- Wants to develop in your professional role and contribute to creating an efficient and safe work environment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and production who enjoys a varied and practical job. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Ability to work 3 shifts
• Driver's license & car
• Previous production experience
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize machine settings
• Understanding of quality systems, documentation, and meticulous work
• Ability to drive and develop improvement work
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance technology
• Experience in industrial automation or control systems
• Previous experience with injection molding machines
• Forklift license
