Are you passionate about food, drinks, and service – and want to lead a team that creates memorable experiences for guests?
Hard Rock Cafe's new restaurant on Vasagatan is looking for a driven Restaurant Manager / Head Waiter who leads the team with energy and ensures that the restaurant always delivers top-class service.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team with energy and commitment
- Plan operations and scheduling
- Be the main responsible person in the restaurant as Head Waiter
- Ensure first-class service and memorable guest experiences
- Quality control and problem-solving
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in restaurant management
- Is structured and confident in a leadership role
- Thrives in a fast-paced and energetic work environment
- Can communicate clearly and inspire the team
- Speaks Swedish and/or English
