Welcome to become a part of our team at the property service department at Tunabyggen! We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the daily management and overall planning of work with our outdoor environment. The job involves planning and following up on daily tasks, allocating resources, and solving practical issues related to the work of the environmental caretakers. The tasks vary, and practical work with outdoor environments and general property maintenance may also occur.

The employment is a seasonal position for six months starting in April 2026.

Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in leading people, planning work, and resources. Preferably, you have education in gardening/landscaping or park maintenance and/or other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent. You have previous relevant practical work experience, preferably from a leading position.

You have a sense of service, an interest in outdoor environments, and a commitment to keeping our residential areas clean and tidy. You communicate easily and manage people well. You have the ability to plan work and share information with others. You need to have good physical condition as the job involves physically demanding tasks.

You are part of a team and need to be attentive and have good collaboration skills. You also enjoy working independently and alone. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

A driving license (B) is a requirement for this position.
